Terms of Use

Effective June 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of consumerhealthcheck.com (the "Site") and any content published by Consumer Health Check (the "Publication"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Editorial nature of the Site

The Site publishes independent editorial reviews of dietary supplements sold to US adults. Reviews reflect the editorial opinion of our team based on publicly available product information and, where noted, hands-on testing. Reviews are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement routine, particularly if you take prescription medication or have a medical condition.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for US residents aged 18 and older. Minors may not use the Site. If you are accessing from outside the United States, your access is subject to your local law and you are responsible for compliance.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including written reviews, ratings, schema markup, and original photography — is the property of Consumer Health Check or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Brief excerpts (under 100 words) for editorial commentary or news reporting are permitted under fair use, subject to clear attribution back to the original Site URL.

4. Affiliate disclosure

The Site participates in affiliate programs operated by supplement manufacturers and merchant networks. When you click an outbound product link and complete a purchase, Consumer Health Check may earn a referral commission. The commission has no impact on our editorial conclusions. The full FTC-required disclosure is available on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Consumer Health Check makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty as to the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any supplement we review. Manufacturers are solely responsible for their product claims and product quality.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consumer Health Check, its editors, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any product you purchase through an outbound link.

7. Health and safety disclaimer

Statements regarding dietary supplements published on the Site have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Site is not a substitute for professional medical care.

8. Third-party content

The Site links to manufacturer websites and to our editorial partner suplements.store. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
